Swadhika foods exports premium quality frozen IQF carrots (orange/red) in the form of Dices/Slices/Shreds. The fresh carrots are sorted, washed and peeled. Carrots are either diced using dicer or any other forms according to customer's needs. The cut carrots are blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF, designed to halt microbial activities. The Frozen Products are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and then fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
