Papaya called as "Fruits of the angles" by Christopher Columbus, is a delicious red coloured and sweet flavoured fruit. Papaya contains an enzyme known as papain, which helps in digestion of protein. It contains rich sources of vitamin C, vitamin A, folate, potassium as well as antioxidants.

Swadhika foods exports frozen IQF papaya in the form of Dices/Chunks and it is produced by the following process under hygienic condition. Fresh Papayas are ripened, sorted, washed, and peeled. The papaya is then diced using dicer or hand cut in the form of chunks, which is then cleansed, dewatered and conveyed to IQF, designed to halt microbial activities. The IQF Dice/Chunks are then put through a sieve, inspected, packed. The Packed cartons are fed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
