Swadhika foods exports premium quality frozen IQF guava white/red in the form of dices and it is produced under hygienic condition through the following process. Ripened guava fruits undergoes preliminary processing steps (sorting, washing and grading). The seeds and grits are removed manually (optional). The Fruits are cut in the form of dice or any other form according to customer request, cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The Frozen dices are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and then passed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
